Electra receives the European Scale-Up of the Year Special Award

Oct 27, 2023

This award was presented by the European Investment Bank during the 5th edition of the European Startup Prize for Mobility Award Ceremony at the European Parliament.

We are thrilled to have been selected from among 700 applicants from 39 countries to receive one of the special awards from Kris Peeters, VP of the European Investment Bank.

EUSP is the largest acceleration program for mobility startups in Europe, founded by MEP/TRAN Chairwoman Karima Delli in 2017, in collaboration with BCG and Via ID, under the patronage of the European Parliament.

This award is an honor and a responsibility… This award goes to the wonderful Electra team who works with great passion to make EV drivers happy when they charge.

We are proud to be a European player contributing to the ecosystem, and we are committed to keep pushing for innovation in our industry.

"Mobility is the only sector that does not reduce its carbon emissions in Europe. In that regard, green innovation shows high potential to help decarbonize and make mobility more accessible. The European Startup Prize for Mobility will provide support to its community of top innovators through an investment and acceleration program, while the European Parliament opens its doors to give them the European visibility they deserve," said MEP Karima Delli, founder of the European Startup Prize for Mobility and Chairwoman of the transport and tourism committee at the European Parliament.
